End-to-end DHW

We develop complete projects for sanitary hot water systems for new construction and rehabilitation, covering everything from production to distribution.

Solar thermal

Dimensioning of thermal solar fields (flat or vacuum tubes) with integration into the accumulator tank and energy support. Compliance with EN 12975 and DL 58/2013.

heat pumps

Boilers and accumulators

Distribution and recirculation

Thermally insulated networks, recirculation rings with controlled recirculation pumps, thermostatic mixers and hydraulic balance of the network.

Protection against Legionella

Installation design according to EN 806-2: minimum storage and distribution temperatures, thermal shock, dead spots eliminated, sampling valves.

Efficiency and retrofit

Energy retrofit of existing DHW systems: replacement of water heaters with heat pumps, installation of solar thermal, consumption reduction of up to 70% in rehabilitated buildings.

How we work

From requirements analysis to commissioning, we follow a rigorous and documented methodology.

Requirements gathering and analysis

We met with the developer, architect and other designers to understand the functional program and conditioning of the building.

Hydraulic calculation and sizing

Calculation of consumption (hourly profile and simultaneity), accumulation volumes, production powers, thermal losses in the network and hydraulic balance.

Project development

We prepare the execution project: DHW principle diagrams, network layouts, insulation, deposits, solar/heat pump integration, recirculation and written parts.

Work support and review

We monitor the execution: we check network insulation, location of deposits, connections to solar thermal/heat pump and compliance with the project.

Commissioning

We participate in the reception tests of DHW systems, checking outlet temperatures, flow rates, recirculation, solar/heat pump performance and protection protocol against Legionella (EN 806-2).
