Installation commissioning: ensuring everything works as designed
We carry out the commissioning of HVAC, DHW, electricity, telecommunications and Fire safety installations, ensuring that each system and the building as a whole function correctly before occupancy.

Structured commissioning methodology
Our process follows international best practices (ASHRAE Guideline 0) in five sequential phases.
Phase 1 — Planning
We prepare the commissioning plan before the start of the work: objectives, systems to be commissioned, test procedures and acceptance criteria.
Phase 2 — Installation verification
We check that the equipment is correctly installed: mechanical assembly, electrical connections, labeling and accessibility for maintenance.
Phase 3 — Individual functional tests
We test each equipment and system individually: flow rates, temperatures, pressures, electrical protections, cabling certification, detection tests.
Phase 4 — Integrated tests
We test joint operation: SADI + smoke control, emergency switching, integrated BMS, failure scenarios and automatic sequences.
Phase 5 — Training and delivery
Training of the operation and maintenance team, delivery of compiled manuals, commissioning report and preventive maintenance plan.
Every system tested rigorously
Each discipline MEP has its own procedures and acceptance criteria defined in the planning phase.

What you gain from commissioning
Functional building from day one
Occupants will find comfortable air conditioning, adequate lighting, operational networks and active safety.
Reduced correction costs
Problems identified during commissioning cost a fraction of what they would cost after occupancy.
Prepared team
Training the maintenance team ensures that systems are operated correctly, extending their useful life.
Reference documentation
The commissioning report is the baseline for all future maintenance and operation of the building.
Ensure that your building is delivered functioning, not just looking finished.
